Please encourage customers to buy a Care Card online, display the provided marketing materials and educate your staff on the event.

Shoppers purchase a $60 Care Card online at and receive 20% off (10% off food, antiques and furniture) at 200 participating stores and eateries during the Care Card shopping week — Friday, Oct. 25 – Sunday, Nov. 3, 2024.

All Care Cards will be digital cards and can only be purchased online at All proceeds from card sales directly benefit Family & Children’s Services’ life-changing programs.

Have the customer show you the receipt or their personalized digital card to receive the discount. No money will be exchanged between the customer or merchant making this a safe and efficient process.

  • Care Card is promoted leading up to and during the event throughout through print advertising, earned media, social media, billboards, signage and more.
  • Your store name will appear in ads in TulsaPeople magazine and Tulsa World, on the Care Card website and in the Care Card shopping directory, which is distributed to more than 2,000 shoppers.
  • You’ll have an opportunity to sponsor the event for even more publicity, as well as opportunities to take part in social media campaigns.
  • Care Card jump-starts holiday shopping. The savings encourage customers to purchase higher priced goods and larger quantities.
  • Care Card introduces new business opportunities to grow repeat business.
  • Care Card exposes customers to a variety of stores, many of which they may not have frequented recently or ever.
  • Customers appreciate that merchants support a well-respected non-profit.
  • All cards are now  only sold digitally through our website, making your job easier than ever before. We simply encourage you to direct customers to the Care Card website to safely and securely purchase a digital card and begin saving right away. 100% of each $60 card sale still benefits our life-changing programs.
  • Display promotional materials provided by F&CS — such as posters, yard signs and clings — leading up to and during the Care Card shopping week.
  • Educate your staff on the Care Card promotion. Not sure what to do? Invite us over to help with training. We can also offer tips and tricks to help you make the most of your Care Card experience!
  • Designate a contact for the Care Card liaison.
  • Promote Care Card on store’s social media channels and share, retweet and repin F&CS’s Care Card posts. (recommended but not required)
  • *Promote Care Card through special store events. F&CS can provide examples upon request. (recommended but not required)
