For 27 years, Care Card has provided the ultimate shopping experience for Tulsans, all while raising funds for Family & Children’s Services (F&CS) — Oklahoma’s largest behavioral health agency.

Shoppers purchase a Care Card from F&CS and receive 20%* off at participating Tulsa-area stores and eateries Friday, Oct. 27 – Sunday, Nov. 5, 2023. Care Cards cost $60 and can only be purchased online throughout the Care Card shopping event. One hundred percent of the $60 purchase price is a donation to F&CS and helps to make our community a better place for all. 

Since 1921, F&CS has been the place to turn for help with problems that seem overwhelming and too difficult to handle alone. We promote, support and strengthen the well-being and behavioral health of adults, children and families. Today, we provide hope and healing to more than 120,000 individuals each year, or one in six Tulsans. We heal hurting and abused children, strengthen families and provide hope and a path to recovery for those battling mental illness and addiction.
