The Care Card shopping week begins Friday, Oct. 27 and ends Sunday, Nov. 5, 2023.

For 27 years, Care Card has been the premier shopping event in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Shoppers can purchase a $60 Care Card and receive up to a 20% discount at more than 200 participating retailers and restaurants. One hundred percent $60 Care Card purchase price goes directly to Family & Children’s Services.

Family & Children’s Services is a recognized behavioral health care leader in Tulsa, Oklahoma and surrounding communities. We provide an array of specialized programs in mental health, substance abuse and family services. Our dedicated staff heal traumatized and hurting children, strengthen individuals and families, and provide hope and recovery for those battling mental illness and addiction. We give clients hope and set them on the path to recovery and, in the process, make our community a better place for all. Programs are offered through a network of convenient office locations.

All Care Cards are digital and can be purchased from HERE on this website beginning August 2023. NO PHYSICAL cards will be provided by mail or in the stores.

You pick up a merchant listing at most participating stores during the event or download a copy from our website.

You can use your card as many times as you would like for the duration of the event. In fact, we encourage purchasers to shop to their hearts’ content!

Since Care Card is a fundraising event to heal hurting and abused children, strengthen families and provide hope and a path to recovery for those battling mental illness and addiction, we ask that card holders do not share their card with friends, but rather encourage their friends to buy their own Care Cards!  Using the card within the same household is acceptable.

In 2021, Family & Children’s Services began to offer only digital Care Cards sold exclusively from the Care Card website. This allows for more efficiency with staff and volunteer time and offers convenience and security of the eco-friendly digital card, which is accessible on your phone.  NO PHYSICAL cards will be provided by mail or in the stores.

You pick up a merchant listing at most participating stores or download a copy from our website leading up to and during the shopping event. 

If you ordered your digital card on your mobile device, you should automatically be logged in after your purchase. Scroll down on your account page to “view and print your membership card.” Click this to access your digital Care Card. The store associate will make sure that the name on your digital card matches an ID or credit card.

If you ordered your card on a computer and want to log in on your mobile device, go to the Cardholder Login page on our website. This page can be found under the “Shoppers” tab and is also located in the top right corner of every Care Card website page. Login using the username and password you created at purchase. Click “remember me” and you will not have to repeat this process again. Please email carecard@fcsok.org with questions.

You can also choose to print your Care Card. You may have to adjust you print settings to get the best outcome. 

Print suggestions:

• print in landscape orientation
• check the “background graphics” box under options
• adjust margins to “minimum”

For restaurants, all alcohol is excluded. (Remember, gratuity should be based on the total before the discount is applied.) Exclusions for individual retailers will be listed in their descriptions in the Care Card directory or online. Download a full list of participating merchants online or pick up a copy at most participating locations.

The purchaser (you) will receive a digital card redemption code(s) after your transaction is complete to share with the person you bought the card(s) for. You will receive instructions on how to share located on your purchase confirmation page and in a confirmation email. 

Your friend will then use the direct link or input the code into the discount code field to receive a complimentary card with their name on it.
